In 2013 many civic, religious and community leaders came together to give thanks for our life here in Yonkers. Civic leaders are invited to read from the first proclamation of Thanksgiving. Several religious and community leaders are invited to share prayers, readings, and meditations authentic to their community and religious life. It is a time in which we can celebrate our life together, and gain greater understanding of our neighbor.
